Ticket Policy

Ticket Policy

Alaska Junior Theater subscribers may exchange tickets up to the start of the performance listed on the tickets being exchanged. A processing fee of $1 per ticket will be charged. When exchanging into a lower-priced ticket, no refunds are available. Exchanges can be requested by contacting CenterTix – in person at the box office at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, by phone (907-263-2787), or completing the online exchange request form found here.

Donate Your Ticket

If you are unable to use your tickets, you can donate them back – up until curtain time of the performance. By donating your tickets back to AJT, you make a seat available to someone who might otherwise miss a performance. This is an in-kind donation and we will send you a tax receipt for your contribution.

Ticket holders can donate their tickets by calling CenterTix at (907) 263-2787, delivered to the box office in person or by mail. The address is 621 W. Sixth Avenue, Anchorage AK 99501. They can also be donated online here.

Lost Tickets

If you are a subscriber and your tickets are lost, they can be replaced at no cost by calling the AJT office at (907) 272-7546. If you arrive at an event without tickets, CenterTix will replace them, but they may charge a $1 per ticket replacement fee.

Subscriber Discounts

Season subscribers have the advantage of buying additional AJT tickets at a discount at the CenterTix Box Office in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. Just tell the ticket seller you are an AJT subscriber. Additional tickets can be purchased at the discounted subscriber rate but additional tickets are subject to single ticket service charges.
